Location: The Grand, Clitheroe

Hours: 10-12 hrs p/week, Mondays & Tuesdays, 4pm – 9pm (Term Time Only), Plus additional planning time & 2-4 live gigs p/year.

Pay: £20 – £25 p/hour (depending on experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Work with bands of mixed ability, age, and genre to help them rehearse, collaborate and develop their sound.
• Encourage creative experimentation and build confidence in a friendly, inclusive environment.
• Deliver engaging sessions covering a broad spectrum of styles to suit each band.
• Support seasonal specialist workshops on topics such as stage presence, branding, studio recording, and more.
• Help prepare groups for live performance opportunities, including our signature Reverb gigs.
