The Management Support Team (MST) scheme is a paid placement opportunity offering live event experience in a variety of on-site roles at We Out Here Festival in Dorset. 

The scheme offers MST roles in a wide variety of onsite, festival departments including Operations, Logistics, Production, and Artist Liaison.

Some relevant experience is essential. Festival experience is preferred but not essential. If you are a positive, hardworking team player with an interest in live events then they want to hear from you.
